• The following items all fall under the category of HHW: paint, pesticides & fertilizers, herbicides, some household cleaners, motor oil,oil filters, sharps/needles, paint thinner, batteries (auto & household), pool supplies, fluorescent lights, mercury thermometers, antifreeze, auto and furniture polish and wax, pool supplies, aerosols, barbeque propane tanks, fire extinguishers, electronic-waste , etc.
• All of the aforementioned items may NOT be disposed of in the trash can, but instead should be taken, free of charge, to any of the four HHW Collection Center’s located in Orange County. Proof of residency is required. |
