Our Environment

We are all part of one big community. In our community people live in houses and apartments. We have parks and nature preserves with trees, flowers and animals. We also have rivers and the ocean, where we go to play on the beach.

All of this (trees, birds, bugs, flowers, air, water) makes up the environment.

It is up to all of us to take care of the environment, so that we can enjoy nice afternoons at the park or days at the beach with clean air and water.

It isn’t just for you. What you do can have an impact on the people, plants, and animals around you.
